This is an original production-used pulse rifle shell casing used in James Cameron’s American Sci-Fi Horror. These types of spent blanks were used throughout the Film to simulate the sound & power of a bullet in one of the firearms operated by Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) & the Colonial Marines. Many of the shootout scenes were filmed at the Acton Lane Power Station for its grilled walkways & long corridors. This piece remains in excellent condition but obviously the force of the detonation has caused a fanning effect around the neck of the blank. It comes beautifully mounted inside a framed display with two corresponding stills, a Movie Logo, & a descriptive plaque. Accompanies provenance. This item has now sold.
