Customs Clearance & additional charges

For international shipments, parcels have to be passed by customs before entering the destination country and often incur additional charges. The buyer is responsible for all customs, duty and import charges. We always ensure items are insured throughout transit for their full worth and regret to advise that we do not have any control over duty charges applied, and decided by, the destination country's government. We will however, do our best to ensure that our parcels attract as little amount of duty, import and customs charges as pratically possible.
